When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Duo DiD fighting game sketch. Pencil & Paper.
It looks like a comfy bed, but both Nakoruru and Janne have been captured! Nakoruru is tied to the headboard and can't move her legs either, and Janne can't help her while stuck in a tight hogtie! What will happen to them next??? This was a request for crescent34, who was looking for some Nakoruru DiD...well, I couldn't do *just* Nak, eh? And so Janne makes an appearance as well. Here are my thoughts concerning this one: Nakoruru: She's pretty petite but will an abnormally huge outfit in spots, like the pants and the shoulder poofs (almost like Peach's dress). I don't see a lot of her around, so I had few references. Luckily, I used to play Samurai Showdown (Spirits) all the time years ago and so I pretty knew what I wanted to do. I tried a new position with hands over head, and crossed, and ankles to thighs. I think it came out ok. I also tried for another first - an OTM gag. Not a big fan, but for some reason it worked here. Janne: Janne (from World Heroes) is one of my favorite swordswomen. I especially liked in the first game how she went from a prissy and vain warrior to a more laid back characterization by the time WH Perfect came out. She's a bit tough for most of my DiD desires, but I figured a hogtie would put her in her place, armor and all. I thought her armor would be easy, but I spent a LOT of time trying different things until what you see here. I also crossed her wrists for the tie which is something I don't usually attempt. I also gave her an OTM gag to match Nakoruru. The scene: I knew I wanted both DiD's relatively helpless to untie each other, but I couldn't come up with the spacing that would make it work until I considered a bed with one of them tied to it somehow. I am not good with showing how cloth and material bends and twists, but I did the best that I could. I had a reference for the rather ornate bed-frame, and used my standard "corner of the room in the center" viewpoint. I didn't know what else to do other than a window and Janne's sword on the floor - maybe she is *trying* to wiggle off of the bed to get to it? And who is that outside in the dark??? I would like to hear what you all out there think, so comment please!!! - JC |

I'm not surprised ya used your "preferred" position to keep Janne from getting too far...and Nakoruru's definitely not getting any help from that quarter anytime soon. This makes up for this evening...but I'll save that for my journal...

Lead us not into temptation... Just point us in the general direction and we'll find it ourselves.
